We all know that food is our body's fuel. But we do not often think that many foods actually drain energy and make our digestive system work overtime: refined sugars, fats and processed foods are high on the list of energy-sapping foods. And we are constantly exposed to pollution and chemicals in our air, water, and homes; pesticides and other unhealthy ingredients in foods; and toxic chemicals in cleaning and beauty products. Stresses and anxieties can also be toxic and impact our wellbeing. Over the course of years, these toxins stay in our systems and digestive tracts, sap energy further, and add to numerous health risks. Even with a good diet and lower stress levels, it can take almost 18 hours for your body to digest and eliminate one meal. Cleanses
A Green Carrot Cleanse gives you a well-designed regime for either a 'Beginner', 'Intermediate', or 'Advanced' 1 or 3 day cleanse. If you are new to juicing and cleansing, we recommend that you start with Beginner as it offers more fruit juices, somewhat more variety, and a slightly higher caloric intake. If you are familiar with juicing and love green juices, then Intermediate is a great option. Brave, experienced juicers will appreciate the 'all green' Advanced option.

The Details
Cleanses are delivered Monday & Friday between 4pm-8pm. If you are ordering a cleanse for pick up, please include the day you intend to pick up in the notes section.
If you have any questions or if you would like a cleanse but have missed the Monday cut off for that week, feel free to give us a call at 204-691-0771 and we may have a cleanse available for pick up or delivery!
We have a 2-4 hour delivery window. Our current delivery hours are Wednesday 4 - 6pm and Friday 12 - 4pm.
